- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A significant improvement in the last month (June 2017) so I've revised my rating from a 1-star to a 3-star. Thanks C/R/S. Update: much, much better. Even the grumpy guy is now pleasant :-) Well done, please keep it up ! So, it's now mid-October 2017. This surgery has had a considerable amount of effort spent on the now ongoing improvements. 1. Prescriptions repeats are completed in the same day. 2. There are available (same day) appointments for both doctors and the nurse! 3. Overall efficiency has obviously improved. 4.
