- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I ditto the fact that most of the receptionists at the surgery are by far the worst i have ever come across although there are some exceptions.. they are extremely rude and no sense of people skills whatsoever!!! I think the sooner they realise that they are the front line staff catering for some of the most vulnerable and poorly people of society the better!! Totally atrocious, the doctor's once u can get passed the witches are very kind, considerate and professional, but they seriously need to sort out the front of house out asap...
